Tetes air tidak bocor: meterai aloi keras bahan yang berbeza memastikan pengangkutan media yang berbeza tidak bocor.
Pemilihan pam sentrifugal keluli tahan karat jenis IHW
Air, bangunan tinggi tekanan penghantaran air, penyemburan taman, tekanan kebakaran, pengangkutan jarak jauh, kitaran penyejukan pemanas, bilik mandi dan kitaran air sejuk dan panas dan peralatan sokongan, menggunakan suhu T≤80 ℃.
Pam paip air panas mendatar ISWR digunakan secara meluas untuk: penghantaran kitaran tekanan air panas dan sistem pemanasan bandar seperti metalurgi, kimia, tekstil, kertas dan hotel, jenis ISWR menggunakan suhu T≤120 ℃.
Pam kimia paip mendatar ISWH untuk pengangkutan zarah pepejal yang tidak mengandungi, cecair yang mempunyai kakisan, kelentutan yang serupa dengan air, sesuai untuk minyak, kimia, metalurgi, kuasa elektrik, pembuatan kertas, farmaseutikal makanan dan gentian sintetik, suhu penggunaan adalah -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
Pam sentrifugal keluli tahan karat jenis IHW untuk pengangkutan zarah pepejal yang tidak mengandungi, cecair yang mempunyai kakisan, kelentutan yang serupa dengan air, sesuai untuk minyak, kimia, metalurgi, kuasa elektrik, pembuatan kertas, farmaseutikal makanan dan gentian sintetik, suhu penggunaan adalah -20 ℃ ~ 120 ℃.
Pam minyak paip mendatar ISWB untuk menghantar petrol, kerosene, diesel dan produk minyak atau cecair mudah terbakar dan mudah letupan, suhu media yang dihantar adalah -20 ~ 120 ℃.
Keperluan penggunaan pam sentrifugal keluli tahan karat jenis IHW
Suhu persekitaran < 40 ° C, kelembapan relatif < 95%.
Kandungan jumlah zarah pepejal dalam media yang dihantar tidak melebihi 0.1% jumlah unit, saiz zarah <0.2mm.
Nota: Jika media yang digunakan dengan zarah halus, sila jelaskan apabila pesanan untuk menggunakan meterai mekanikal tahan pakaian.
Kelebihan pam sentrifugal keluli tahan karat jenis IHW
Tetes air tidak bocor: meterai aloi keras bahan yang berbeza memastikan pengangkutan media yang berbeza tidak bocor.
Bunyi rendah: pam air di bawah sokongan dua bantalan bunyi rendah, beroperasi lancar, mengeluarkan bunyi lemah motor, asasnya tiada bunyi.
Kadar kegagalan rendah: struktur sederhana dan munasabah, bahagian-bahagian utama menggunakan sokongan kualiti kelas pertama antarabangsa, masa kerja tanpa kegagalan keseluruhan mesin sangat meningkat.
Pembaikan mudah: mengganti meterai, galas, mudah.
Penyimpanan kawasan: Eksport boleh ke kiri, kanan, ke atas tiga arah, supaya pemasangan paip mudah, menjimatkan ruang.
